How to Cancel
You can cancel your booking through self-service or by contacting us directly:

Log in to your account → My Bookings → Cancel Booking

Please include your booking reference and the name used during booking.
Refund Processing Times
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days
- PayPal (if used): 3–5 business days
Weather or Operator Cancellations
If the operator cancels due to weather or operational issues, you may choose:
- Full refund,
- Free reschedule, or
- Credit toward another tour.
Group Bookings (6+ participants)
- 7+ days before tour: Full refund
- 3–6 days: 50% refund
- 0–2 days: No refund
Important Notes
- Partially used services are not refundable.
- All cancellations are processed to the original payment method.
- Any exceptions require documented emergencies and operator approval.
