Amazing trip, our tour guide Adam was brilliant. He provided funny jokes and a huge knowledge. We always felt save with him and didn‘t need to wait at any entrance. Also our personal driver Ahmed was lovely. The only thing: maybe some more information on Whatsapp (what to bring along…)

We spent the day starting with the hot air balloon which is breath taking and then handed over to a private tour with Adam our guide for the day as well as the private driver. We had the best service ever from these gentlemen and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely informative and will tell you everything you need to know about the history of Egypt and will answer any of your questions. Very polite and so friendly we would definitely recommend

Both myself and my husband had an amazing day, we were collected from the hotel in Hurghada by Ahmed our driver. Ahmed was lovely and very polite throughout the day Ahmed took us to a cafe in Luxor to wait for another taxi to take us to the motor boat at Luxor pier. From there we made our way to the field where the balloons were waiting, we had to wait several minutes until approval was given from the aviation sector. approval was granted and all system were go to get the balloons off the ground. The balloon ride was amazing, I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. After the balloon ride we was introduced to our guide Basem naeam, he was brilliant very attentive and went into depth of the history, helped purchase further tickets for us, we didn’t feel under pressure the tour went at our pace. Basem answered all our questions in detail, and made sure we were ok throughout the day. Basem made our experience at the valley of the kings etc well worth it… highly recommend

The guide(Hamdy) seem to know what he was talking about he was kind and was taking care off us The driver(Sir) was calm friendly and was patient with us Lunch was good beautiful view If everyone had a driver like that and a guide like that all would have e a great day

Hamid as the tour guide was fantastic and so was the driver Osama - very professional and helpful. The guide through the temples was fantastic and the knowledge. The only downside was how short was the balloon ride, and the fact that it just went up and down. I would have loved to fly over the Nile or over the Karnak Temples as the sun rises. However, overall it’s been a good experience.

We had the best time! Our driver Ahmed was amazing. We had him all day from pick up early morning until driving home. Hassan our tour guide was very informative. He gave lots of information and answered all our questions. Even when there was an issue in buying tickets - Hassan went out of his way and sorted this for us. It was a very hot and long day, we were able to change the schedule of our events so we could head back to our hotel earlier. Honestly, both Hassan and Ahmed were exceptional! The hot air balloon was breathtaking. We have never seen anything so spectacular. Our captain kept us informed with the history and what we were seeing. He also did his best to make the flight that little bit longer. We felt so incredibly safe with him. Thank you to everyone who mad our trip so incredible.
