There was a representative (emed) waiting for me and husband at the arrivals with our names on the placard. He assisted us in getting a visa on arrival. He guided us through the immigration and helped us with our bags. Then we proceeded to the exit and was greeted upon by the next staff(Hamada) who helped us to the car for transport and he made sure the hotel staff helped us get our bags to the top floor since the lift wasn’t working in our hotel. The driver (forgot the name) was also a good person, they were genuinely welcoming towards us.

I booked this actually as a help for me to navigate the airport. I needed to get from one flight to the next in an hour and this service was so instrumental in getting me on the next plane. The BEST you can do to yourself is hire this service! It was absolutely smooth and extremely quick. We were a bit nervous because we didn’t get the e-visa ahead of time, we didn’t know that at least for Mexicans you need to get it 7 days prior your travel date, so we decided to hire this service. We felt like VIP!! The moment we got off the plane, our immigration assistant was already at the gate and guided us through the steps / procedures needed. We didn’t need to do anything, just literally said hi to our guide, follow him, and in less than 10 min (we only had carry-on bags) were out of the airport and on our way to the hotel. The guide welcomed us the moment we stepped out of the plane. Quick, easy, smooth, perfect!

Everything from the moment I got off the plane to checking in at my hotel was smooth. I got greeted at the airport, we went and got my bag from baggage claim, the guide handled my visa process for me to get a visa sticker and stamp which was $25 USD only requiring me to verbally mention some information for the customs officer to fill out, then guided me to get a sim card at one of the providers. After this, on the way to the hotel we were able to make a stop to exchange currency, before heading to the hotel, with a great conversation on the drive there, as well as recommendations and tips for Egypt, before I was finally dropped off and assisted with my luggage at the hotel check in. The whole process from being greeted at the airport, to our goodbyes when dropped off at the hotel was super smooth and I would 100% recommend this service. 10/10! Made my introduction to Egypt a great and memorable one.
