While waiting for your vehicle, please stand at the main entrance of your hotel or the designated pick-up point. The guide will approach you, ask for your name and room number to confirm your booking, and then accompany you to the vehicle. Please be at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the agreed pick-up time to avoid delays. If you are unsure of the pick-up point, please contact us for further information.
