Totally dissatisfied. We booked for 8am, and planned our itenary around this confirmed booking, with a baby to plan the day around - feeding time, nap time etc. These people, messaged me 1:39am (thankfully I was awake) to state they will collect us at 10:15. We booked for a family of 11 (2 families). Can you imagine how horrible it was for everyone to wake up for 7am alarm, get ready, have breakfast only to come down and find out that the tour guide people changed the time to 10am without informing us with plenty of time? Our whole days timetable had to be changed as a result, we missed lunch at our resort & was not able to go to tourist attraction site (soho square) that day as a result of this. Truly dissapointed and am therefore requesting for refund; to compensate for your teams lack of proffesionalism and the consequence it had on our experience that day. Thank you in advance

A great way to see the coral reefs and plenty of interesting and unusual fish without getting your feet wet. Had to wait a little while after we arrived at the port, but there were additional options available to do parasailing/banana boat while we waited and tour guide was excellent company and made sure we were kept hydrated. The boat itself looked like it needed a bit of TLC but it was certainly seaworthy and the view of the coral was spectacular. A lovely way to spend a morning!
