I think sign with customer names instead of tour company would be beneficial maybe it was just me but being tired off the plane I had to read through the activity description again to realize who was there as my ride. the company sends someone to pick you up and then hands you off to some driver. driver was fine and did type up a translated message that they dont get paid by company hut rely on tips to survive. which is typical Egypt everyone asking tips.
