Le chauffeur était à l’heure et très sympathique . Le voyage s’est très bien déroulé et de manière rapide. Je recommande !

Nous avons eu un très bon chauffeur. Malheureusement l’organisation a été très très mauvaise. Je demande un taxi à 7h du matin. La veille on me le confirme. Cinq minutes avant l’arrivée normale de mon chauffeur, on me dit que l’on me récupérera à l’hôtel à 11h du matin alors que j’ai un long trajet à faire de + de 4 heures et je suis attendu ailleurs. Après avoir parlementer par message de longue minute, et après avoir menacé d’annuler et de me faire rembourser. Enfin le chauffeur est arrivé. Lui n’y était absolument pour rien. On l’avait prévenu de venir nous récupérer à 10h30 au lieu de 7h du matin. Donc très très très mauvaise organisation au niveau des personnes qui gère les horaires. La prochaine fois je ne prendrai pas le même organisme et je ne passerai pas par Gate tour guide

Le chauffeur roulait trop vite, il n’était pas avenant et nous redemande de l’argent à l’arrivé pour lui payer le trajet retour vraiment désagréable je ne recommande pas du tout.

excellent transfer no problems what so ever , driver was polite and stopped for half hour for welfare break and cold coke as the temperature was over 100 degrees , but the van was air conditioned , i would highly book with these people again.
