22 hour long trip, with only 2 hours spent at the pyramids and ~2 hours at the Grand Museum. The drive is 8 hours there, 8 hours back. The drivers were friendly, but took so many unnecessary stops for 20-30mins each. I understand it’s a long drive, but there’s 2 drivers. They could’ve done 4 hours each with 1 or 2 stops for toilet breaks. You will also have to pay to use the toilets at the majority of the stops. Minivan is also slightly uncomfortable if you have long legs Pyramids were beautiful, and so cool to see in person. However, you will only spend around 2 hours there (including the sphynx). After the pyrmaids, the guide will take you to 3-4 random shops where you have no choice but to partake in the presentation from staff and they will be persistent in trying to sell you products. This lasts for around 2-3 hours total. It also means that time is eaten out of Grand Museum time. We spent around 1-2 hours there, which could’ve easily been 3-4 as there was so much more to see
