I booked this as a birthday present for my mum. The experience here was absolutely incredible the staff were super attentive and very friendly/helpful. We had Mona & Salma who were absolutely amazing. They did everything to our comfort and ensured we were comfortable at all times. The location itself is absolutely beautiful. Our transfer was great with communication and also arrived on time. We originally booked the hammam traditional bath & then decided to add a full body massage on arrival. All and all we had an amazing experience. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend! (Also the woman cater to the women and the men cater to the men which we thought was excellent and comforting)

We went as a couple and decided to add a massage when we arrived and it was definitely worth it. The spa is clean, modern, and well looked after. The pick-up came exactly on time and the communication beforehand was really good, which made everything feel smooth and organised. The jacuzzi was fabulous, and the whole experience flowed perfectly. We had a full Hamam, steam, sauna, and massage, then finished with face masks. The timing of each part was perfect, not too long and not too short. The staff were very pleasant, sweet, and professional. I really appreciated that the men attended to men and the women attended to women - something that can be an issue in other countries. Me and my husband had our treatments together and it was such a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this spa. We both enjoyed it and so glad we came!
