I don’t really have any criticisms, I think some people had 4 people crammed into he little sections in the balloon basket and if I was one of those people that would have been my only complaint, however my little section only had three people including myself which I found perfect.

Excellent! Perfect communication from Laila from the time of booking up to the point we were collected, pick from hotel was flawless and the balloon ride itself was amazing. We were giving a full safety briefing before getting into the balloon and the pilot was very good at making sure we were all safe whilst in the air along with great commentary!

The entire team from the coordinator who communicated directly with me, the transportation team that picked us up, the ground crew who launched us and retrieved us, and finally the captain who guided our flight were all very professional and very friendly. All timing was exactly as suggested and we were lucky as the weather was perfect, I highly recommend Sindbad Balloon Luxor!!!

Highly recommended activity whilst you are in Luxor to catch the sunrise, view of the Valley of Kings from up above. The whole experience of tens of balloons lifting off at the same time filling the whole sky with different hues of colour will live with you as a happy memory for ever :) The pick up from the hotel, instructions and basic housekeeping, boat ride from East to West Bank, van ferrying us to lift off spot, the whole balloon flight and the touch down - the end to end experience was seamless. Muhammed the guide, Mohamed the Captain and the whole crew along with Hemo ( cameraman) provided us a flight with no hiccups so that we focussed only on enjoying the experience. Well worth it!

Pickup is from your Luxor hotel or cruise ship before dawn, then you cross the Nile to the West Bank for the balloon launch.
The included flight time is approximately 45 minutes over Luxor City.
You will receive a safety briefing and meet the ground crew and pilot before boarding the balloon basket.
After landing, you are transferred back to your hotel, and you receive a flight certificate.
