Welcome, paperwork, and safety briefing with wind/spot assessment (30 minutes)
Red Sea shoreline or shallow lagoon
Equipment fitting and setup (kite, board, harness, helmet, impact vest) + basic kite handling drills (1 hour)
Training session
Level-based coaching: beginners (body drag + water start) / intermediate (riding upwind + transitions) / advanced (jumps, strapless, or freestyle goals) (2 hours)
Kite Center
Lunch and relaxation time with hydration and shade breaks (1 hour)
Water session
Supervised riding with radio coaching, technique refinement, and video tips if available (1 hour)
Kite Center
Debrief, progress plan, and gear pack-down (30 minutes)
