According to the voucher, we were supposed to be there 15 minutes before the boat departed, and we arrived well before that. The boat was supposed to leave at 10:00 AM, so I wanted to be there well in advance. There were loads of boats, but ours was nowhere to be seen. Luckily, a guide was willing to help us. I finally called the tour operator, and they claimed they were trying to call me because I wasn't at the boat at 8:45 AM. 8:45 AM? All my documents for the trip showed 9:45 AM! I never received a message from the tour operator that I wouldn't be there; I only received a message after speaking to them on the phone. Now I just have to wait and see if I'll get my €280 refund.

Ein Ausflug der besonderen Art. ☀️ Wir wurden lieb begrüßt, als wir an Board kamen. Wir waren nur zu zweit auf der Yacht. Die gesamte Crew gab sich große Mühe. Wir waren das erste Mal schnorcheln mit Manu und es hat uns gut gefallen. Und auch als mir dann vom Seegang schlecht wurde, erlebte ich Fürsorge…. Ein Trip den ich gern weiter empfehlen kann. ✅

Wir waren nur zu viert auf der Yacht, was den Ausflug besonders exklusiv und entspannt gemacht hat. Die Yacht selbst war wunderschön – gepflegt, stilvoll und sehr komfortabel. Ein großes Lob auch an die Crew: unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich rundum wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Das absolute Highlight waren die vielen großen Schildkröten, die wir beim Schnorcheln gesehen haben – ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen auf der Yacht (wir und eine andere Familie). Wir wurden gegen Aufpreis vom Hotel abgeholt und das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Yacht war gepflegt. Alle waren sehr freundlich und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben 3 Schnorchel Stopps eingelegt und diese waren die schönsten, die wir in diesem Urlaub gesehen haben. Das Mittagessen war umfangreich und wirklich sehr lecker. Ein rundum gelungener Tag! Absolute Empfehlung!

Today on October 1st it's my birthday & I have booked this activity to celebrate my birthday here in Hurghada. This was the best birthday. The crew was great, snorkeling was a fun experience, food was delicious but most of all the crew & staff was great. Aqua man (Achmed) is such a vibe. He made our trip worth booking anytime we decide to come back to Hurghada. Great job guys at Lilyana👌🏾🎉

The best experience ever! It was such an enjoyable experience for the whole family! So much to do for both adults and children, highly recommend for a family trip. Shiro was amazing throughout the whole day, made it such a personal and unforgettable experience, will definitely be back, worth every penny :)!
